We are expected to pay high rates and on time regardless our situation but when **** hits the fan for them....they are more like oops it’s all fixed now sorry. 😡

We have so many tickets and technicians coming and trying to figure out the issue. Nobody can. There is at least one ongoing ticket. Some technical support staff are kind and considerate. Others are terrible.

Especially as I pay a lot more for Rogers with out the benefit of streaming when abroad. Sometimes makes me want to cancel.
