Same for internet. It’s like a water pipe to service an apartment complex is a foot in diameter but not if everybody is always home and taking showers simultaneously. Get used to it.

Called back to fix it and found then that they replaced my name overall on the account instead. I wonder how many more calls it will take.

Two entire area codes have been down since 2pm yesterday. No ETA on when the repair will be done. Hey, accidents happen. The timing sucks though.

Especially as I pay a lot more for Rogers with out the benefit of streaming when abroad. Sometimes makes me want to cancel.
